We didn't have breakfast there as it wasn't included in the reservation, so no comments on that. We liked their support in the open facility to bear a late check-out which wasn't approved but they did keep our luggages and provided a space for shower prior to leave the hotel.

The location was in a nice area we reached everywhere easily by Uber and we walked it to av paulista safley, Visit on a Sunday as it is very beautiful. There was a security all the time which made us feel quite safe. The guy that was there when we checked in at 4 AM spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The Wi-Fi was very good from away room, and the room was big and spacious. We were extremely worried before coming to San Paolo, because of security issues, but we didn’t hit any troubles at all in this area.

I was able to enjoy walking the Paulista avenue and stopping by nearby restaurants or a supermarket. Unit size was good especially the living room area, which seemed to be larger (or similar) than the bedroom. Breakfast was good for me.

Excellent location, easy walk, one block uphill to Alameda Santos, two blocks to Av Paulista . Spacious room. If a little dated.Great hotel staff, excellent cleaning service . Laundry available in the property.The property has a comfortable atmosphere.Well equiped gym.Convenience store on site. very handy.

Great location in Jardin, near Avenida Paulista, shops and banking. a variety of restuarants. The hotelm had a fairly large gym plus a large swimming pool, and outdoor terrace at the rear of the hotel. It also had a convenient restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. Pleasant lobby and entryway.

The room was brilliant! Extremely clean and spacious. We had to extend our stay for one day, and the hotel staff were more than happy to accommodate us despite being a carnival season them running at almost full capacity! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Nice and helpful English-speaking staff. Spacious, clean room, very comfortable. Tasty breakfasts (however not a lot changing so during longer stay could be a little boring). The pool is big and clean. Location is perfect.

I had a pleasant stay here and would be happy to stay again. Hotel is in a great central location in a nice neighbourhood which is quite safe. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and functional with no issues encountered. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall a pleasant stay.
